IT'S FRIDAYYYYY WAHOOOOO!!!!!

OVER TWO WEEKS!!! WAHOOO…

What does that mean you may ask? It’s one small step and the rest of my house is still very cluttered and needs attention…but baby steps right? So the two week thing has to do with my bedroom….I have made my bed and tidied the bedroom for TWO WHOLE WEEKS….EVERY DAY!!!! WAHOO….That is very unlike me…but it’s become a new obsession…so I’m hoping that soon I will get time to start going through the house room by room and doing the same thing…but baby steps! I think this weekend I’m going to do some more major cleaning…

Ok so on Sunday they are having a fund raiser at one of the hair salons near my church…several of the ladies at church are beauticians and we have this Cancer Society fund raiser thing, that I’ve journaled about before….it’s very big around here…it’s called Relay for Life….anyways…they are having a fund raiser for Relay on Sunday and I’ve been looking at hair magazines and online for ideas for new hair cut…I will probably chicken out…but I think I need a new do…and I need to stop chopping on it myself and have someone who knows what they are doing actually cut it…problem is in the past I’ve gotten some really yuck hair cuts so that’s why I just have taken it upon myself cuz I know how I want my hair to look…only I have no training so what I visualize isn’t always what happens…lately it ain’t been so happening…plus I think I need a fresh look…I am not going to go real short though….but I think a little shorter and a little funkier…I dunno….husband DOES NOT like short hair AT ALL…lol…so last night as we were pulling out of Walmart I was showing him some of the pictures of haircuts that I thought might look good on me…and he picks up his cell phone and says he’s calling his divorce attorney….PUNK!!! lol….(he was really calling his father…but I told him of the name of a very bad attorney…because I always tease him that if something ever goes south…I will refer him to so and so – a sucky attorney- and I will have the nest attorney I know! This may sound awful….but you just have to understand husband’s and my sense of humors…we are not right!!! Lol)

ANYWAYS….so I have to appease the husband but bring my head into the 21st century….lol…easier said than done I think…and for all this worry I’ll probably just say screw it and chop on my hair tonight!!! Lol….I’m a NERD….

The other thing is that I’m getting gray hair….it’s coming in very heavily right in front where I part it…and sister says it looks pretty…so I have just been letting it do it’s thing….coloring hair is so high maintenance I’m not sure I want to go there…but I am very drawn to the whole dramatic steaks look….so I may start streaking my hair again….I dunno…important dilemmas right? Lol

Ok speaking of important dilemmas…pretty chick’s husband, guitar player, had a spinal tap yesterday. The docs said that this will determine definitely whether guitar players has MS or not…husband works with a guy who has MS and he was talking to him about it and his started out the exact same way. He had a spinal tap too and he says with medication he is ok most days…he does have bad days but mostly, he just lives with it….I guess that there are different levels of MS…so please continue to keep them in your prayers…thanks girls!

So what else can I babble on about? Ummm not much really that I can think of…I have been telling everyone about how I-man asked if he would be a papaw one day….I love the way his little mind works!! Who thinks of that stuff at 4 yrs old?? If you didn’t read sis’s journal…he says he wants to be a papaw so he can spoil someone…that is stinking sweet!!! And I’m not a proud aunt at all am I? lol

Well…not really much else to journal about…I don’t think ya’ll are really dying to hear that husband and I went to Walmart last night and then ate at the Waffle House…oh wait…that’s backwards, we ate and then went to Wally world…fascinating huh? lol

Oh…a garden update….we have had squash out of our garden almost every night this week…yummmm!! I’m bringin some to work now to share with others because we can’t eat all that squash lol…

Ok…now I’m really just taking up space….I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend…praying for so many…oh yeah that is something I can gripe about…speaking of praying…which really isn’t a gripe…this morning it was kinda nice…so I’m sure that I’ve whined about the computer problem in car that effects my RADIO…agh…I’ve been without a radio in my car for a week…and I love my RADIO in my car…I’m a big time road jammer…but anyways…so I’ve had a lot of quiet time on the car ride to work this week…so I’ve been praying and singing praise songs…so I guess this really isn’t a gripe as much as a praise!! Lol…it still would be really nice to have my radio and windows working…but PTL that my AC still works…and while I’m praising….praise GOD that I even am blessed enough to have a car….what are you thankful for today? Don’t take the little blessings in your life for granted today!! Give thanks!
